1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. You must be legally competent to enter into a marriage under applicable laws. The Platform is intended solely for individuals seeking matrimonial alliances for themselves or on behalf of family members with their consent.
2. Purpose of the Platform
Sambandha Matrimony is strictly for matrimonial purposes only and is not a dating platform. Users may register, create profiles, search for matches, express interest, and communicate with other users for the sole purpose of finding a marriage partner.
3. Registration and Account
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Free users have limited access to features such as viewing profiles and expressing interest. Premium subscriptions (paid via Khalti or eSewa payment gateways) unlock additional features, including access to contact details (phone numbers, email addresses) of other users who have expressed mutual interest or accepted communication. Contact details are shared solely for matrimonial discussions and marriage purposes. Misuse (e.g., harassment, commercial solicitation) will result in immediate account termination. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (Khalti and eSewa), and we do not store your payment card details. Subscription fees and plans are displayed on the Platform and may change with prior notice.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to upload false information, impersonate others, or engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activities. Profiles must reflect genuine intent for marriage. You must respect other users' privacy and use shared contact details only for marriage-related communication.
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement full privacy controls, allowing you to manage visibility of your profile, photos, and contact details.
7. Limitation of Liability
We act as a facilitator and do not verify the accuracy of user-provided information beyond basic checks. We are not responsible for any outcomes from interactions, including unsuccessful matches or disputes. The Platform is provided"as is" without warranties.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account anytime.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
